Bronny James declares for NBA Draft, reveals backup plan

Bronny James has a ton of hype around him, and although he had a pretty bad year at USC, he has still decided to come out and declare for the NBA Draft.

In a post to his Instagram account, Bronny James revealed that he even has a backup plan if the NBA Draft doesn't work out. Essentially, he will retain his college eligibility. This way, he can go back to school if he doesn't get selected. Furthermore, he will enter the transfer portal. This means he has played his final game with the USC Trojans.

Throughout his post down below, Bronny also made sure to thank everyone at USC for the season. Of course, it began with him suffering a cardiac arrest and getting medical treatment. He then had to rehab, and there was no guarantee that he would see the court. However, he managed to persevere, and here he is today.





Jonathan Wasserman of Bleacher Report wrote extensively about Bronny James this season. In a analysis piece, he explained what it would take for James to get drafted. As it turns out, there are scenarios in which a team would take him.
