This MVP Favorite Prefers Watching Euroleague Over NBA
Giannis Antetokounmpo has stated a preference for watching EuroLeague highlights rather than NBA games.
"I don't watch the NBA, but I do watch the EuroLeague."
In recent years, Dallas Mavericks standout Luka Doncic has become a notable supporter of EuroLeague basketball in the United States.
Last year, he disclosed his inclination toward watching more EuroLeague games than NBA matchups.

"I watch both Panathinaikos and Olympiacos. I don't watch all the games but the highlights. I wish both of the teams the best. ... I watch [them play], but I'm not watching full games. I only see the highlights. I like it a lot. I don't watch the NBA, but I do watch the EuroLeague."
His bond with European basketball extends to the Greek national team, currently vying for a berth in the Paris Olympics. Giannis has voiced his eagerness to compete in the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament, set to take place in his hometown of Athens.
