Good news for Stephen Curry: His ankle injury isn't as severe as initially feared. The MRI results came back clean.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski's report on X, Curry is anticipated to have a brief absence and will soon rejoin the Warriors to aid them in their playoff campaign.

The Golden State Warriors have lost all three games in which Curry has been absent this season.

Considering Curry's past, an ankle injury always triggers concerns within the organization. Recently, Kerr expressed concerns about Curry's fatigue following a challenging shooting performance, so it wouldn't be surprising to see him sidelined as a precaution, even if the injury is not deemed severe.

The next likely step for Golden State is imaging of the ankle as they gear up to play the San Antonio Spurs at Chase Center on Saturday.
