Warriors' Draymond Green ejected within 5 minutes of Magic game
Draymond Green, the forward for the Golden State Warriors, was ejected from Wednesday's game against the Orlando Magic less than four minutes in after receiving his second technical foul. His first technical came at the 8:24 mark of the first quarter for disputing a foul call on his teammate Andrew Wiggins.
Green persisted in arguing with the officials, resulting in his second technical shortly after. At the moment of his ejection, Green had secured three rebounds and provided one assist.
This comes at a pivotal moment as the Warriors employ a small-ball strategy. Despite leading in rebounding this season, they require all players to secure a playoff spot, especially against formidable opponents.

The officials reviewed the play, but solely to ascertain if Adebayo's shot attempt preceded Green's foul, which it did not.
Green argued the call, explaining that Mills had grabbed his arm and he was merely breaking free, leading to inadvertent contact with Mills' neck.
Despite his plea, Green's foul was deemed common, not flagrant.
This season, Green has faced suspension twice, missing 25 games out of the Warriors' 71. He served a five-game suspension after an altercation with Rudy Gobert in November, followed by an indefinite ban for an incident involving Jusuf Nurkić in December.
In the game, Green contributed four points, nine rebounds, eight assists, two steals, and accrued five fouls.
