Additionally, sources from The Athletic suggest that Tyrese Haliburton and Anthony Edwards are under consideration for the final roster. Both players were part of the 2023 World Cup team.

Additionally, the main plan is to rely on Joel Embiid as the team's main center, expecting him to return from meniscus surgery and be healthy for the Olympics before the end of the NBA regular season.
