Breaking news for JJ Redick
JJ Redick is set to join Mike Breen and Doris Burke for the NBA Finals on ABC/ESPN this year.
There was a vacant spot after Doc Rivers' departure to go back as a coach in the league, which led to the opportunity for JJ to make his place in the spotlight. After retiring from the league as a player, he joined the ESPN show "First Take" alongside Stephen A. Smith. Following his departure from the show, he started his own podcast called "The Old Man and The Three," which quickly gained popularity.
Redick, who had a 15-year NBA career as a player, is well-respected in his field and is sure to bring valuable basketball insights to the finals. This presents an exciting challenge for him and promises to inject a breath of fresh air into the NBA Finals this year. Additionally, Doris Burke's presence as the first female TV analyst on a major championship in the USA adds another layer of significance to the event.
