Tyler Herro Reveals His Pick for the Miami Heat GOAT
At a recent Miami Heat jr. basketball camp, a young fan asked rising star Tyler Herro who he thought the best Heat player of all time was.
Herro was quick to state his opinion that LeBron James is the greatest player ever, but he was just as quick to recant and add Dwanye Wade to the list. The Q&A moderator was also quick to step in and note that Dwanye Wade is the most celebrated Heat player ever, but that the best player is a subjective question.
Herro's take is going to rub people the wrong way, and the moderator clearly sensed that in stepping in and speaking on Wade's contributions to the franchise. Herro, a relatively young player, was only 6 years old when Dwanye Wade led the Heat to their first championship, but he was in his teens when LeBron decided to join forces with Wade and Chris Bosh, winning their second and third titles. With this in mind, it makes sense that LeBron was the first player that came to mind for the young star.
