New York Knicks' center Isaiah Hartenstein reportedly aims to re-sign in free agency, as per Michael Scotto of Hoops Hype. According to insights from multiple NBA executives, Hartenstein could potentially secure a salary of about $13 million annually in free agency this summer, equivalent to the full non-taxpayer mid-level exception.

In the Bulls' 108-100 victory on Friday, Hartenstein concluded the game with 10 points (3-5 FG, 4-6 FT), seven rebounds, two assists, one block, and three steals in 29 minutes of play.

While not consistently achieving double-doubles, Hartenstein possesses the ability to contribute across various statistical categories, showcasing his versatility on both offense and defense, especially when given a starting position.

"I'm focused on what I'm doing right now. I know I've put myself in a great position to get a little upgrade," Hartenstein told Hoops Hype. "Right now, I'm focused on the Knicks. I love it here, and hopefully, we'll figure something out, but at the end of the day, business is business."

Hartenstein has been in good form this season, maintaining averages of 7.5 points, 2.4 assists, and career-best figures in rebounds (8.3), steals (1.1), and minutes (24.9) across 70 games, with 44 starts.

When questioned about remaining with New York under equal financial conditions elsewhere, Hartenstein responded with a straightforward "Yeah."
