Breaking News: Haliburton's All-Star Game Health Update Uncovered
According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Pacers are optimistic about Haliburton's (hamstring) comeback, targeting the upcoming Tuesday game against Boston for his return.
Having sat out 10 of the last 11 games due to a left hamstring strain, Haliburton is on the verge of a comeback, with head coach Rick Carlisle confirming his participation in Monday's team practice. Pending a successful practice, Haliburton could find himself back in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game.
In Haliburton's absence, Andrew Nembhard has admirably taken on the role of starting point guard, guiding the Pacers to three consecutive wins with impressive averages of 19.0 points and 8.3 assists. While Nembhard might see a decrease in usage upon Haliburton's return, there's potential for him to retain a spot in the starting five, continuing to contribute in an off-ball capacity.
