The NBA's lineup for the slam dunk contest has been confirmed, featuring Jaylen Brown from Boston, Jaime Jacquez Jr. from Miami, Jacob Toppin from New York, and Mac McClung from the G League's Osceola Magic. According to a report from The Athletic on Tuesday, these four contestants will showcase their skills on All-Star Saturday night.

Mac McClung, the reigning champion, earned high praise with his extraordinary dunks in the previous year's contest, securing an impressive score of 19 out of 20 possible 50s. McClung's repertoire included a breathtaking 360 windmill and a double-pump backwards jam executed after grabbing the ball from an assistant mid-air.

While McClung enters as a strong contender, Jaime Jacquez brings a history of remarkable performances from amateur dunk contests, and Jaylen Brown is renowned for his exceptional athleticism. Meanwhile, Jacob Toppin has demonstrated his dunking prowess during his time in the G-League, and he happens to be the brother of Obi Toppin from Indiana, formerly with the Knicks.

The All-Star Saturday Night festivities, which also feature the 3-point contest, skills challenge, and an exciting 1-on-1 3-point showdown between Stephen Curry and Sabrina Ionescu, will kick off at 8 p.m. ET.
