Veteran Point Guard Isaiah Thomas Is Working Out With A Championship Team

Isaiah Thomas has been trying his hardest to get back into the NBA with little success. There was talk that the Boston Celtics might pick up the veteran point guard but that didn't pan out. The Lakers were another possible contender but those plans never materialized. For a while, it seemed like Thomas might not return to the NBA at all.

But he's got another chance at wowing a team, and it's one of the biggest teams in the league. According to Hoops Hype, Thomas is going to work out with the Golden State Warriors next week.


This rumor comes on the heels of Thomas shooting down any speculation that he might play overseas. After various workouts with other teams didn't amount to a contract, some people speculated that he might try his luck in a different country but Thomas is adamant that he will only play for the NBA.



If Thomas really wants to get signed again, he's going to have to leave it all on the court next week when he works out with the Warriors. It might be his last chance at playing this season.
