This incident echoes a similar health scare involving Trojans center Vincent Iwuchukwu last year. James, a prominent recruit, was on track for the NBA draft and possibly joining his father in the league. USC's basketball prospects shine bright with veteran Boogie Ellis returning and the addition of standout recruit Isaiah Collier.
