Skip Bayless humiliates Ja Morant

Ja Morant stands currently as one of the best NBA player despite his young age.

Morant was a first-time NBA All-Star selection this season, he averaged a career-high 27.4 points, 6.7 assists and 5.7 rebounds in 33.1 minutes in 57 games. He also shot a career-best 49.3 percent from the field.

Morant, 22, is the third player in NBA history to reach his 2021-22 numbers in points, assists, rebounds and field goal percentage within his first three seasons, joining Oscar Robertson and Dwyane Wade.

The Memphis Grizzlies guard has also been named the 2021-22 Kia NBA Most Improved Player.

All this might have gone to his head because he made the ridiculous claim of 'cooking' Michael Jordan in a 1 on 1 battle.

Ja, who has spent just three seasons in the NBA, believes he could destroy Michael Jordan.

Skip Bayless, an American sports columnist, commentator, and television personality and a long time Michael Jordan defender was not having it at all.

He said;

"Maybe you'll cook for Jordan, but you won't cook Jordan. You have no idea what you are talking about. No idea. You have to love the confidence, but when it goes completely over the edge, it's delusional overconfidence, supreme overconfidence. It's just hard to swallow. And he's starting to scare me more and more because what exactly did you accomplish last year, young man? What did you do?

You somehow won the Most Improved Player after you were the second pick in the draft three years ago. To me, that's more of an indictment than an achievement, because you look back at Year 1 and 2, I guess you were busting, right?
