Rookie of the Year Scottie Barnes has surprised everyone with this athleticism, agility and high IQ at such a young age. Masai Ujiri has proved his doubters wrong once again.

Barnes averaged 15.3 PPG, 7.5 RPG, and 3.5 APG for the Toronto Raptors last season. A season in which the Raptors lost to the Sixers in the first round of the playoffs.
