Russ shows love to KD on Instagram

Arguably one of the best duos during their time in OKC, both Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant had career years playing alongside each other. That is until, Kevin Durant decided to join the enemy and ditch Russ.

The Warriors acquired Durant in Free Agency after blowing a 3-1 lead in the finals to Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Durant got destroyed on social media for taking his talents to the Bay area.

Everything went downhill from there in terms of their relationship. They started calling each other out in the media and playing aggressively vs each other on the court.

7 years later, it sure looks like the beef has settled down. They were seen laughing and exchanging words the past few years when they were playing against each other.


Earlier this week, Durant posted a story on Instagram supporting Russell Westbrooks ‘ Honor the Gift Clothing Line'. Russ even went out to re-post that story and give a shoutout to his former teammate.


Although its not much, Russ still showed his love to Durant for supporting his brand.
