The Los Angeles Lakers were wheeling and dealing last night in day 1 of 2021 NBA free agency.

The Lakers have signed Wayne Ellington, Trevor Ariza, Dwight Howard and Kent Bazemore.

All four have already played for the Lakers in the past with Dwight Howard and Trevor Ariza winning a championship with Lakers in 2019 and 2009, respectively.

Former NBA Champion and LeBron James teammate Richard Jefferson took to Twitter to tell the Los Angeles Lakers that he is ready to join them after a series of veteran signings.

Jefferson is now 41 years of age and is now an analyst for ESPN. Jefferson tweet about signifying his intention to join the Lakers were just a joke only.

He's just emphasizing the fact that the Lakers have added four veteran players in their roster.
