After recent activities on Instagram, the Lakers were reportedly looking to trade for Washington Wizards' superstar, Russell Westbrook.

Rumors surrounding a trade involving Westbrook to the Lakers have increased after wife followed James and Davis on her Instagram account. The two Los Angeles superstars followed her back too.

Westbrook averaged another triple double this season with 22.2 points, 11.5 rebounds and 11.7 assists in 36 minutes per game. The triple-double king has averaged a triple-double in regular season for the fourth time on his 13-year NBA career.

He and Bradley Beal led the Wizards to a playoff appearance as an 8th seed despite having a bad start in the regular season. But they got eliminated by the East first seed Philadelphia 76ers in 5 games of the first round.
