Rajon Rondo To Chris Paul In 2009: "I've Got A Ring And You're Never Gonna Win One"

Rajon Rondo and Chris Paul will be forever enemies. They don't like each other inside and outside the court.

They envy each other, they hate each other and they got traded each other.

Back in 2018 Rondo and Paul had a fight in Rockets-Lakers game in Staples Center. The two threw punches at each other with Paul claiming that Rondo spitted on his face.




Another story of Rondo-Paul beef was told in social media.

Brian Windhorst appeared on The Hoopshype Podcast and said:

«The guys really wanted to be on that team. Chris Paul was established as one of the best point guards in the league but there was some real competition He beat Rondo out and Rondo got cut, and Rondo was not happy about it because he had just won a championship.»

«I've got a ring and you're never gonna win one.»


Rondo won a ring with the Boston Celtics in 2008 after beating Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers in 6 games.

Rondo is now a two-time NBA champion, one with the Celtics and one with the Lakers. Paul just recently lost his first NBA Finals series and still ringless.
