Oklahoma City Thunder's GM Sam Presti has been collecting draft picks for the past few years dealing OKC's stars to other teams for multiple first round picks.

Presti turned Russell Westbrook, Chris Paul and Paul George into multiple first round picks. The Thunder currently owns 36 draft picks for the next 7 years, 18 first-round picks and 18 second-round picks.

According to Bleacher Report's analysts Jonathan Wasserman and Jake Fischer, Sam Presti and the OKC reportedly offered Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to the Pistons in exchange for the 2021 1st overall pick. The Thunder has their sights on Cade Cunningham and believes that he can be their franchise cornerstone.

Unfortunately for Presti and the Thunder, the Pistons reportedly declined.
