NBA LATEST RUMOURS: Lakers going after a familiar all star

The Lakers are looking into trading for the former 7th overall pick in the 2014 draft, whom they drafted!

Yes you guessed it right.According to Marc Stein the Lakers are going to pursue Julius Randle from the Knicks.


The Knicks are trying to clear cap space to be able to trade for Donovan Mitchell. If they succeed to get Mitchell, expect the Lakers to make a strong push to acquire the 2020-2021 All- Star and All NBA Team.


Julius Randle will be the number 3 option on the Lakers squad. Less pressure for him, as he wont be the go to guy thats expected to get buckets at any time.

He will feed off the attention Lebron James and Anthony Davis gather on the court, he will most likely face less double teams from opposing defences.

The NBA is in its dead season right now, no teams are really making any moves at the moment. Once the KD trade happens, expect a domino fall of moves from the rest of the players.
