J.Cole on the cover of an NBA game
Rapper J. Cole will be featuring on the NBA 2K23 cover he annouced on his personal Twitter page.
This is the first time a non-basketball player has been on the cover of an NBA 2K game.
It's been an amazing journey to not only appear on a cover of this year's game, but to be part of the MyCareer storyline, soundtrack and bring the Dreamer brand into NBA2K.
The «Dreamer Edition» is a nod to his Dreamville brand, and his team up with Puma to make «Dreamer» basketball shoes.
Last year, the same week that he released his album The Off-Season, Cole went to play for the Rwanda Patriots in the Africa Basketball League
The 37-year-old J. Cole has signed on to play guard with the Scarborough Shooting Stars, one of the 10 teams in the Canadian Elite Basketball League.
His passion for basketball and his fame, outside the NBA world ,made him the perfect person for an NBA game cover and bring attention from the RAP industrie
The game will be released on September 9th, 2022
