Darwin Ham has been exploring the possibility of letting Russell Westbrook come off the bench and quarterbacking the second unit.

Well we finally have it, according to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Lakers head coach is planning to let Russ be the sixth man off the bench in the Lakers final
preseason game tonight vs the Kings.

We all want to see Russ do well, he's a likeable guy and always fights for his team. Even his former teammate Paul George tweeted out a message of support.

Its going to be interesting to watch thats for sure. Can Russ use his explosiveness and speed to carry the second unit for the Lakers for this upcoming season?

Were going to have to wait and see.
