Exclusive: Shaq is set to acquire an NBA Team
In the past few years, ownership of various NBA teams has shifted, and Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal expresses his desire to join the league of team owners.
Shaq attended the iConnections Global Alts conference in Miami Beach, where he was questioned about the prospect."I would definitely like to, Whatever team is available."
O'Neal told Bloomberg.
With recent ownership changes in the NBA, including Alex Rodriguez acquiring the Minnesota Timberwolves and Matt Ishbia purchasing the Phoenix Suns, Shaq, who has previously shown interest in owning an NBA team in Las Vegas, remains keen on the idea. Beyond basketball, he also expresses a desire to invest in F1 racing, jokingly adding,
"Even though I can't fit in one of those damn cars."
