Does Zach LaVine Want to Leave the Chicago Bulls?

Throughout the last few troubled years of the Chicago Bulls, there has been one bright spot: Zach LaVine. Last season alone, the young guard put up 27.4 points, 5 rebounds, and 4.9 assists a game. Those are the best numbers of his career.

However, the Bulls have had a very busy offseason, landing new players such as Nikola Vucevic, DeMar DeRozan, Lonzo Ball, and Alex Caruso. Does that mean the team is looking at a future with this new line-up and without LaVine? Not if LaVine has anything to say about it. According to ESPN radio host David Kaplan, LaVine wants to stick around.

«He has told people that I know: ‘Hey man, if they want me here, I'm not going anywhere. I'm building this thing. I'm the first guy in the door. I wanna be part of this."

This is very good news for Chicago. If the team is able to progress forward with all of that new talent and LaVine then it is in a very good position to go far into the post-season. However, if the team falters this year, you can expect LaVine to be singing a different tune and looking to take his talents elsewhere.
