Damian Lillard Responds To A Fan Betting That He'll Be With The Lakers Before The Start Of The Season

It's been a couple of months since news about Damian Lillard wanting out of Portland came out but still the Blazers' star is still in Portland's camp.

A fan was asking for a bet claiming Lillard will be wearing purple and gold before the start of the NBA season.

"How much y'all wanna bet that before the NBA season starts the lakers will STILL get Damian lillard lol"




The high-scoring point guard immediately noticed the tweet and he quickly respond with three words.

"Bet a Million"


Lillard made it clear that he doesn't want to be traded in a super team instead he demanded the Blazers' front office to upgrade their roster saying that their current roster isn't a championship team one.

The Blazers' front office though, hadn't made any major improvement on their roster. The Portland had a failed free agency this summer losing Carmelo Anthony to Lakers and trading Enes Kanter to the Boston Celtics.

Portland's failed free agency could led to Lillard's immediate request of trade but Lillard seems doesn't like to be on Lakers side as Westbrook is already with the team.

Lillard and Westbrook are known to be rivals and they have a long history of beef.
