The Cleveland Cavaliers are reportedly exploring the trade market for young guard, Collin Sexton.

After moving up in the 2021 NBA Draft, the Cavaliers will explore trade options for the 22-year-old guard. Sexton led the Cavaliers in scoring this season with 24.3 points on 46/39/83 shooting split. The 8th overall pick in the 2018 NBA draft is eligible for contract extension this summer.

The Cavaliers currently have a backcourt tandem of Collin Sexton and Darius Garland which both stands at 6'1. They have one of the smallest starting backcourt in the NBA.

With the Cavaliers picking 3rd overall in the 2021 NBA draft, they are expected to take the best available young talent. Jalen Suggs and Jalen Green could still be available for the third pick. Both are taller and bigger guards compared to Sexton.
