Free agent Frank Kaminsky has agreed to a one-year deal with the Atlanta Hawks, his agents Mark Bartelstein and Andy Shiffman of @PrioritySports tell ESPN.

Kaminsky is fully recovered from right knee surgery that ultimately ended his season with the Suns after only 9 games last season. He will help the Hawks' rotation at the 4 and 5.

The American / Serbian player listed height at 7 ft 0 in and 240 lb was the unanimous men's National College Player of the Year in 2015. Kaminsky was drafted ninth overall by the Charlotte Hornets in the 2015 NBA draft. He played with Charlotte for four seasons before signing with the Suns as a free agent in July 2019. With the Suns, he reached the NBA Finals in 2021.
