After a strong start, Pelicans could lose both of their stars for the near future.

The New Orleans Pelicans started off the season strong with a win vs the Brooklyn Nets.

Brandon Ingram was on a roll for his first 2 games averaging 28 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists on 54% shooting from the field. Not to forget Zion who torched the Nets in the season opener for 25 points and 9 rebounds.

All good news comes to an end, and the pelicans are really hoping the injuries are not too serious. According to Shams Charania, Brandon Ingram has been placed in concussion protocols and Zion Williamson with a posterior hip contusion.
