According to Shams Charania, of the Athletic, Memphis Grizzlies pick Kennedy Chandler has signed a 4 year $7.1 Million rookie deal. Making it the largest guaranteed salary for a second rounder.

With this being the highest guaranteed salary ever, you can expect this deal
to set a domino effect on upcoming players selected in the second round.

Even though he hasn't played a single minute in the NBA, Kennedy will have some pressure to deal with this year, he got a $7.1 million contract without proving anything yet.
