Potential Health Concerns for Milwaukee Bucks Star Player

While the world's attention has been drawn to the new duo of Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard, some concerning news has recently come to light.

The Milwaukee Bucks' training camp started on Tuesday, and while many were anticipating what the new team would look like, one prominent name was missing: Khris Middleton has yet to fully participate in camp. Back in June 2023, Khris underwent surgery to address soreness in his knee. He was only able to play in 33 regular-season games last season due to the injury.

When Milwaukee Bucks head coach Adrian Griffin was asked about the health status of Khris Middleton, he seemed to avoid answering any questions directly, as reported by Eric Nehm of The Athletic.




When asked if Khris's health would be a lingering problem for this upcoming season, it appeared that he was clearly trying to evade the question and hide the severity of the issue.


This isn't the first time Khris Middleton is entering the season with an injury. Just last season, he wasn't able to start playing until their matchup with the Los Angeles Lakers in December. This may indeed be the beginning of a pattern for Khris. Now in his 12th NBA season at the age of 32, he's experienced a significant amount of wear and tear throughout his career.

At this point, Adrian Griffin considers Khris Middleton 'day-to-day', and it's uncertain if he'll be ready for their first game of the season against the Philadelphia 76ers on October 26th. While the Bucks are talented enough to overcome an issue like this, it's definitely something to keep an eye on in the long term if it persists.
