The Memphis Grizzlies have received a Disabled Player Exception of $12.4 million due to the season-ending injury suffered by Ja Morant. This exception is available for use until March 11th.

Additionally, the team already holds a $6.3 million Disabled Player Exception resulting from the season-ending injury to Steven Adams. Morant underwent surgery on his right shoulder in early January.

Presently positioned at the 13th spot in the Western Conference, the Grizzlies face challenges with multiple injured players impacting their performance.

Although the return of Ja Morant provided a slight boost, they find themselves back at the bottom, boasting one of the least favorable home records at 4-15.
