The Los Angeles Clippers' big man, Mason Plumlee, was injured during a recent matchup against the New York Knicks, and now it has been revealed that he is set to miss as much as two months before returning. Veteran Big Man
The main player the Clippers are eyeing up is veteran NBA center Daniel Theis. Theis has just come off an impressive summer, winning the FIBA World Cup with Germany, but unfortunately, has yet to see any playtime for the Pacers this season.
With Indiana looking toward a younger squad and an emphasis on development, Theis has found himself riding the bench and has recently revealed his frustrations on the matter. It is clear that Theis is still a capable rotation player for the right team, and with little value to the Pacers, he may be the cheapest and most suitable option for the Clippers to replace their injured star.
