Steph Curry Gets Brutally Honest With Warriors Recent Awful Form

Having clinched their most recent championship victory just two seasons ago, the Warriors were considered among the title favorites ahead of this upcoming season. However, after a terrible start, many are now questioning the greatness of this team, and some even doubt if they will make the playoffs at all, considering their 10-12 start.

After yet another excruciatingly tough loss, Warriors' leader Stephen Curry vented his frustrations, getting brutally honest in his post-game interview.

Another Tough Loss

After an overtime battle, the Golden State Warriors ended last night with their 12th loss of the season, falling 138-136 to the Thunder. Despite showing a lot of positive signs in this matchup, the Warriors displayed notable strengths. They out-rebounded the Thunder 60-39 and saw a near season-high scoring performance from Klay Thompson, who has been enduring his worst season yet.


However, even with the potential for victory, the Warriors once again squandered the game due to on-court recklessness. Throughout the encounter, Golden State accumulated 28 turnovers and 28 personal fouls. This level of carelessness has sadly become a pattern this season, contributing to the Warriors' disappointment through the first quarter of the season.


Curry Gets Brutally Honest

Ending with their third loss in four games against the Thunder, Stephen Curry appeared visibly frustrated. Despite delivering another 30+ point performance, even the 2-time MVP has his limits. His frustrations were evident as he got brutally honest in his post-game interview.

Revealing that he's become 'sick' of addressing the same questions about his team's struggles, Curry stated that it's time to stop talking about the matter and start taking action to turn things around.



While the Warriors' core players are now in their mid-30s, some believe they are displaying signs of regression as they slip down the conference standings. However, with Curry's sustained excellence and Head Coach Steve Kerr's assertion of being a championship-caliber team, they're not completely out of contention. They sit just three games behind an automatic playoff berth and still have over half the season remaining to make up ground. So, don't count out the Warriors just yet.
