Celtics Sign 26 Year Old Forward

The Boston Celtics have officially signed Forward Nathan Knight on a two way contract.

Knights Career

Knight went underfed in 2020 yet has averaged around 35 games per season in the NBA since. Before signing for the Celtics Knight spent time on the Atlanta Hawks and Minnesota Timberwolves where he has averaged 3.7 points and 2 rebounds.

Knight has had stops with Atlanta and Minnesota since leaving William & Mary. He spent training camp with the Knicks. Knight joins JD Davison and Neemias Queta as the Celtics' two-way players.— Adrian Wojnarowski (@wojespn) October 22, 2023

NBA G-League

Signing a two way contract means that Knight is eligible to play for Both the Boston Celtics and their G-league affiliate team the Mine Celtics. He joins JD Davison and Neemias Queta who are also signed to two way deals with the Celtics organisation. Knight has already spent time in the G-League when he played 1 game for the Iowa Wolves in 2022. In his G-league debut he recorded 33 points 11 rebounds and 4 blocks.
