Tragic News Strikes Trae Young After Recent Announcement

Once more, Trae Young has been excluded from this year's All-Star roster despite averaging 27.0 points, 10.9 assists, and 2.9 rebounds in 42 games this season.

He ranks in the top 10 for points per game and is the second leader in assists this year. The Atlanta Hawks, currently 10th in the East, are on a two-game winning streak.

Announced as the 2024 NBA East All-Star reserves are Donovan Mitchell, Julius Randle, Tyrese Maxey, Jalen Brunson, Jaylen Brown, Bam Adebayo, and Paolo Banchero.

Among the notable players omitted from this year's All-Star selection are Kristaps Porzingis, Scottie Barnes, and Derrick White.
