Thompson Getting Slammed by the NBA Community as Warriors Lose 6 Straight

Klay Thompson is known universally as one of the greatest shooters in the history of basketball. Now with a recent slump in his form the world has begun to react with many calling the splash brother "Washed"

Klay's Worst Season

After trading away Jordan Poole this offseason, it was expected that Thompson would need to turn back the clock and become the lethal scorer he was during the Warriors' championship seasons. These expectations have only increased with the games Steph has missed due to injury. Unfortunately, Klay seems to be having one of his worst seasons yet.

He is recording a career high in turnovers per game, and on top of this, he is averaging career lows in steals, field goal percentage, and three-point percentage. Additionally, he's scoring his fewest points per game since his rookie season. With all of this in mind, many are calling the 33-year-old 'washed' and have even placed blame on him for the Warriors' six-game losing streak.
